Investor Onboarding Specialist (New York)
The Private Markets Investor Operations team is expanding and we're looking for a highly service-driven Investor Onboarding Specialist who excels at coordination and maintaining a clear overview across multiple tasks and stakeholders. In this role, you will shape the first impression investors have of us - ensuring a smooth, professional, and truly outstanding onboarding experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field;

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably in private equity/private credit

  • Positive, client-centric mindset with a strong service orientation;

  • Working knowledge of AML/Compliance regulations;

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills, familiarity with working in an international firm preferred;

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills;

  • Maintain a high level of trust, discretion, and professionalism;

  • Keen eye for detail-oriented administrative tasks;

  • Demonstrate efficiency, accuracy, organization, and flexibility;

  • Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for various tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with database management is a bonus.

  • Willingness to travel to Switzerland and other offices from time to time
