Who We Want

The role of the Relationship & Operations Associate is to provide on-going service and support to clients. This role will also support Advisors and become their “right hand” when it comes to the client relationship. This includes determining what actions need to be completed to set up new accounts or perform maintenance on existing client accounts accurately and timely. The Relationship & Operations Associate must exhibit excellent time management skills as they continue to learn new competencies and become familiar with the Advisor’s book of business.

Essential Job Functions
  • Service Advisors and clients with white glove support and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client information in the database.
  • Processor of new accounts, cashiering and account maintenance requests.
  • Professionally provides primary point of contact with our custodians.
  • Takes ownership of asset transfers to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
  • Works closely with Advisors to ensure compliance of periodic client reviews
  • Prepare paperwork to maintain client accounts to the specifications requested by the Advisor.
  • Complete accurate and timely movements of assets per the request of the Advisor or client
  • Follow the guidelines provided to achieve goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders
  • Assist in setting and continually meeting project expectations with team members and management.
  • Completes tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members as needed.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study preferred
  • 5 years of experience in the financial or banking industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion, Adobe, Zoom, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.

  • Starting annual base salary between $60,000 - $80,000.
