Position Description:

Forsyth is looking for a full-time Associate, based in St. Louis, MO, for an immediate to summer 2024 start. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the deal process from identification and evaluation of potential investment opportunities, financial analysis, due-diligence, deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • TheAssociatewill be a critical member of the Forsyth team and will support other members across a variety of tasks related to deal analysis and execution

  • Provide initial investment review and screening of prospective investment opportunities for the firm as well as tracking of the firm's investment pipeline

  • Financial modeling to support potential transaction opportunities

  • Assist in preparation and presentation of investment recommendations to the firm's Investment Committee

  • Assist in monitoring of active portfolio companies

  • Assist in the development, execution and maintenance of strategic business plans

  • Work with senior management to enhance the value of portfolio companies

  • Maintain internal databases of companies and relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance

  • Minimum of 2 years of investment banking orprivateequityexperience

  • High proficiency with financial modeling and Excel

  • Superior analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
