Role Summary

The Investment Service Delivery Associate role is a full-time, rotational opportunity, designed as a launchpad into a dynamic and fast paced career in Investment Operations. In this role you will rotate through multiple functions including Fund Administration, Middle Office, Investment Performance and Reporting and Transformation to gain broad exposure to the department's operations, build a cross-functional network of professionals and develop the foundational skills necessary for long-term success.

With dedicated mentorship and professional development opportunities throughout the program, the experience is designed to accelerate your career trajectory and empower you to make an immediate impact. Upon completion of the program, the Investment Operations Associate will be placed on a team within Investment Operations that aligns with their interests, strengths and needs of the business. This role reports to the Director of Investment Operations Transformation. This role is wellsuited for earlycareer professionals or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in investment operations.

This hybrid position will be based out of our Kansas City, MO office.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Collaborate broadly: Work with teams across the Investment Operations department including Investment Accounting, Security Valuations, Financial Reporting, Tax, Trade Operations, Corporate Actions, Product Event Management, Investment Performance, Investment Reporting, and Transformation.

  • Gain hands-on experience: Quickly build broad, real-world experience by executing a diverse range of operational processes.

  • Develop core knowledge: Build a strong understanding of core responsibilities, key risks and control frameworks across Investment Operations.

  • Drive efficiency and risk mitigation: Enhance operational efficiency and reduce by identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to solutions using technology and data analysis.

  • Build your network: Establish relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders, setting the foundation for long-term career growth.

What You Bring to the Team (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience gained through internships, coops, or earlycareer professional roles, or the ability to demonstrate success in similar responsibilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify solutions.

  • Effective communicator with a clear, concise, and detail-oriented style, both in verbal and written formats.

  • Demonstrated technology aptitude and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Additional Assets (Preferred)

  • Experience using data visualization tools, low-code tools, or Python.
