Senior Associate - Private Credit Investment Operations - Minneapolis - Hybrid 

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Senior Associate for their Private Credit Operations team to support their growing platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team and play a key role in the operational execution of private credit investments across multiple strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full private credit investment lifecycle, from deal execution and settlement through ongoing loan administration and payoff.
  • Coordinate transactions with custodians, agents, fund administrators, legal teams, and investment professionals.
  • Review loan documentation and ensure accurate transaction setup, data integrity, and operational processing.
  • Resolve settlement, payment, and servicing issues while serving as a key operational liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support trade execution, security setup, compliance processes, and operational controls.
  • Contribute to process improvements, workflow enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives supporting a growing private markets platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of private credit operations experience supporting the full investment lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of private credit loan documentation, including credit agreements, amendments, and payoffs.
