Job description

Loan Originator – Join the LFG Lending Team

At LFG Lending, we aren’t your typical mortgage brokerage. We specialize in working with real estate investors who are flipping houses, building rental portfolios, and creating long-term wealth. Our loan originators are right in the middle of that action — helping investors close deals, grow their businesses, and build financial freedom.
And while you’re helping others build wealth… you’re building your own right alongside them.
This is not a cookie-cutter retail lending job. Our team works in a fast-moving, high-energy environment where deals move quickly and the opportunities are real. If you’re a strong sales professional who thrives on momentum, relationships, and closing deals, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do

As a Loan Originator at LFG Lending, you’ll work directly with real estate investors to structure financing for deals such as:
• Fix-and-flip loans/ (hard money)
• DSCR rental loans
• Bridge loans
• Investor portfolio financing + more!
You’ll guide clients through the financing process while building long-term relationships with investors who continue to grow and close more deals over time.
This role is about more than just originating loans — it’s about becoming a trusted partner to investors who rely on you to help make their deals happen.
Why LFG Lending

• 100% commission structure with high earning potential
• Company-provided leads to help you build momentum
• A high-energy, collaborative environment
• Work directly with real estate investors and entrepreneurs
• Be part of deals that are actively transforming neighborhoods and building wealth
• Opportunity to grow alongside a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company
Who Thrives Here

The people who do best in this role are:
• Strong sales professionals who love closing deals
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Relationship builders who enjoy working with investors
• Competitive, driven, and excited by unlimited earning potential
Experience in sales is preferred
This isn’t a slow, corporate mortgage job. We move fast, we work hard, and we celebrate wins.
If you’re excited by the idea of helping investors build wealth while building your own income and career along the way, we’d love to talk with you.
Join LFG Lending and be part of the deals that build the future.
