Job description

Location: Malibu, CA (Hybrid - occasional travel required)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support an innovation executive and entrepreneur working at the intersection of music, AI, and emerging technologies. This role is fast-paced and hands-on-perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to high-level creative and business operations.

You’ll handle a mix of professional, personal, and lifestyle tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Executive & Business Support
  • Manage a busy and dynamic calendar.Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics (domestic & international).
  • Help organize email inbox and draft correspondence.
  • Support with research, presentations, and light project management.
  • Liaise with partners, investors, and creative talent when needed.

Lifestyle & Personal Support

  • Occassionally run errands and handle scheduling of household and personal appointments for assigned executive.
  • Assist with fitness and nutrition logistics (e.g., Ironman training schedules, meal planning support).
  • Coordinate personal travel, events, and social engagements.
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Special Projects

  • Support digital presence (LinkedIn, social media coordination).
  • Assist with unique projects in entertainment and emerging tech as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life experience.
  • Skills: Highly organized, quick learner, strong communication skills (written & verbal), tech-friendly (Google Suite, basic project management tools).
  • Traits: Responsible, resourceful, discreet, adaptable, and eager to grow in a creative and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable car for errands and local travel.
  • Location: Based in or near Malibu/Los Angeles with flexible availability (occasional evenings/weekends).
