Job description

A Miami-based financial services firm is seeking a bilingual Investment Advisor to manage an assigned portfolio of client relationships. This sales-oriented role combines investment advice, portfolio review, trade execution, client service, and relationship development.


Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and inquiries.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and make appropriate investment recommendations based on each client’s profile.
  • Execute client trade orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Contact clients as needed to update information and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure recommendations meet regulatory requirements for suitability and appropriateness.
  • Monitor global market trends and economic conditions to identify investment opportunities and support sound risk management.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the firm’s available products and investment strategies.
  • Follow internal policies and applicable industry regulations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of related experience.
  • Active FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • NetX360 experience required.
  • Experience providing investment advice directly to clients.
  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Strong client-service, relationship-development, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Insurance license is a plus.
