This integrated model allows us to deliver a deeper level of planning and insight than traditional advisory firms. Our clients benefit from coordinated guidance across investments, tax planning, business ownership, risk management, and exit planning. As our firm continues to grow, we are expanding our team of advisors who are passionate about delivering comprehensive, fiduciary-based advice.

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Wealth Advisor who is committed to developing expertise in holistic financial planning, investment management, and risk management. This role is well suited for an early-to-mid career advisor who values mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to build a long-term advisory practice within a collaborative team environment.

• Maintain the highest fiduciary and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to grow a client base.

• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation Structure

This role offers a modest base salary in the range of $36,000–$60,000, combined with a fee-based and commission-based compensation structure designed to reward performance and long-term client relationships.

A transition and onboarding period of approximately 3–6 months is expected while the advisor becomes fully integrated into the firm's planning processes, systems, and client engagement model. During this period, Keystone provides mentorship, operational support, and resources to help advisors establish and grow their practice.
