QUALIFICATIONS:
ย ย  Education/Certification
ย ย ย ย ย  High School Diploma or GED
ย ย ย  ย ย Texas Peace Officer License issued by Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE)
ย  ย  ย  Valid Texas driver's license
ย ย ย ย ย ย Individual recommended for the position must pay a $46.98 fingerprinting fee by credit card as part of the application process
ย ย ย ย ย ย to be considered for employment.ย  (Fee is subject to change.)
Special Knowledge/Skills
ย ย ย ย ย  General knowledge of criminal investigation, police report writing, and criminal laws
ย ย ย ย ย  Training and ability to subdue offenders, including use of firearms and handcuffs
ย ย ย ย  ย Bonded as required by Texas Education Code 37.081(h)
ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to pass required physical, psychiatric, and drug tests
