Job description

You Are: Inventory Lead

The Work:

Responsible for overseeing the design, configuration, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Inventory Management modules within Oracle Cloud ERP. This role ensures accurate item management, inventory controls, material movements, and integrations across supplychain and finance functions. The Lead partners with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical developers, and crossfunctional teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and efficient inventory solution that supports operational performance and enterprise visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the endtoend functional design and configuration of Oracle Inventory modules, including items, item attributes, units of measure, catalogs, subinventories, locators, and materialstatus controls
  • Oversee inventory transactions such as receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, physical inventory, and reservations
  • Establish and maintain setup logic for lot/serial controls and costing structures
  • Ensure inventory setups integrate properly with Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Warehouse Management
  • Partner with supplychain and finance stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure solution alignment
  • Guide crossfunctional teams through deployment, testing cycles, and hypercare stabilization
  • Support continuous improvement by optimizing inventory workflows and configuration standards
  • Provide leadership, documentation, and governance on all Inventory functional deliverables

  • Oracle Inventory Management experience required
