Job description

You're the one who notices when something's off, even when no one else does.
You're constantly chasing inventory counts that never add up, cleaning up after other people's mistakes, and staying late because nobody planned ahead. Sound familiar? At Wisenbaker, we do it differently. We respect your time, organize our operations, and give you clear expectations. You'll be set up to succeed, and still get home in time for dinner.
Your Mission:
Ensure every part, product, and material is right where it should be, accurate, accounted for, and ready for action. As an Inventory Associate at Wisenbaker, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain: maintaining order, supporting production, and helping prevent costly delays. You'll work with a team that values structure, communication, and smart processes, not last-minute chaos.
What you'll be doing (And Owing Like a Pro):
• Accurately track, count, and record inventory levels
• Identify and correct discrepancies in real time
• Use warehouse systems and scanners to maintain inventory integrity
• Follow and improve inventory processes to avoid bottlenecks
What we are looking for:
• You've wrangled inventory before, at least a year in a warehouse or stock role
• Scanners and inventory software don't scare you (bonus points if you've used them before)
• You keep calm when the pressure's on and bring good vibes to the team
• You believe "close enough" doesn't cut it, accuracy is your thing
• If there's a mess, you're already cleaning it up before anyone asks
About The Company
At Wisenbaker, we don't just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up. As one of the largest interior finish solutions providers in the country, we partner with top homebuilders to deliver flooring, countertops, and cabinets that turn houses into homes. But we're more than materials, we're a people-powered operation where hard work is noticed, growth is real, and leadership actually leads. If you're ready to be part of something built to last, welcome to Wisenbaker.
