Job description

The Allocation and Inventory Support Specialist is responsible for analyzing customer inventory levels of live plants and creating replenishment orders.  This person will be the primary lead on all allocations of products to stores within the Midwest region.  Will partner with Greenhouse management and logistic team to achieve company efficiency objectives.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Work with product category managers to ensure store inventory level standards are maintained
  • Write daily/weekly store orders to replenish consignment inventory
  • Work closely with Warehouse & Logistics teams to help maximize freight utilization and order priority
  • Insure an accurate and update product availability is maintained
  • Communicate with “contract growers” crap statis, timing, and shipping schedules.
  • Share responsibility for proper data processes on shipped product.
  • Provide effective and necessary communication with Bell Merchandising Team
  • Assist in various production tasks and processes when needed
  • Special projects will be assigned as they arise
  • Become familiar with other site locations and learn their processes and know the differences among them to be a back in the event others are out.
