Job description

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Coordinator to join our warehouse and manufacturing team. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy, verifying products and quantities, performing cycle counts, and supporting manufacturing operations through efficient inventory control processes.

  • Verify products, lot numbers, and quantities before items are sent to manufacturing
  • Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain organized warehouse stock and proper inventory labeling
  • Process returned items and ensure proper documentation and tagging
  • Support inventory accuracy through RF scanning and WMS systems
  • Inspect inventory for damages or defects and report issues accordingly
  • Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and BRC guidelines
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in warehouse inventory control or a related environment preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with RF scanning systems and WMS
  • Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory systems
  • Ability to work with pick lists and system-generated reports
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment around moving equipment and varying temperatures
