Overall Responsibilities

Responsible for performing various job activities related to Inventory and Warehouse Department by performing the following duties. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Conduct accurate daily inventory cycle counts per schedule and compare and reconcile results to system data. Make adjustments based on established company standards and management approval. 
  • Effectively investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve in a timely manner. 
  • Effectively communicate information with other internal departments maintaining a focus on providing exceptional customer service. 
  • Perform other receiving and inventory control duties including accurately verify all goods and information received against purchase orders, authorizations or other order documentation. 
  • Operate a forklift to pull, move and stock crates as needed. 
  • Ensure departmental organization and cleanliness. 
  • Follow all safety procedures given and established.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with fellow team membership in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience:

Math Ability: 

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. 


Reasoning Ability: 

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. 


Computer Skills: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and design software.
