Job Title: Shipping and Receiving CoordinatorJob Description

This position serves as a frontline point of contact, managing inbound inquiries, processing customer orders, and supporting day-to-day service and inside sales activities while coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory control within a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional customer service.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all order details are correctly entered and maintained.
  • Coordinate daily with manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
  • Handle issues related to order discrepancies, including incorrect quantities, product variances, or documentation errors.
  • Resolve shipping delays by investigating root causes, coordinating with logistics partners, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage product returns by coordinating with warehouse and relevant departments to process, document, and track returned goods.

The contractor will regularly work near moving mechanical parts and will be exposed to dust. The environment is loud enough that hearing protection is necessary and provided. You will work both individually and as part of a team, interacting regularly with manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping personnel in a physically active, industrial setting.
