Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced assistant cook to join our team. Reporting to the head chef, the ideal candidate is passionate about meal preparation, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of hygiene, and able to adapt to the fast-paced nature of airport operations.

Main responsabilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure proper storage and safe handling of food, in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver fast and efficient service.

Required qualifications

  • Previous kitchen experience (restaurant or similar environment).
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards; MAPAQ certification is an asset.
