Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team in San Jose, CA, 95131. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our inventory processes, ensuring that our stock levels are accurate and up-to-date. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and audits.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
  • Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and provide insights on stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory requests and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering supplies as needed.
  • Implement and uphold inventory management best practices and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an inventory clerk or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
