RESSCO Capital, LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Subway restaurant in Livingston County, Michigan. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for customer service, team development, operational excellence, and sales growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high operational standards, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, cleanliness, safety, and team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all Subway brand standards, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Maintain product quality by adhering to shelf-life requirements, product rotation schedules, temperature controls, and food preparation specifications.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Support and execute local and national marketing initiatives.

Financial & Business Management
  • Manage labor, food, and operating costs to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate business records in accordance with Subway operational requirements.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for increased revenue and improved efficiency.

Customer Experience
  • Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:
Required
  • Previous restaurant management or food service leadership experience.
