Job Summary:
The Inventory Counter will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of inventory across our retail locations. This role involves verifying inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and confirming count accuracy to maintain inventory levels and optimize stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory at various retail locations as assigned.
  • Verify inventory records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure accurate inventory practices.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Provide training and support to store personnel on inventory management best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in inventory management techniques.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Counter or in a similar role within the retail industry.
