Job description

Position Overview: The role of the Sales Coordinator is to serve as a critical link between Sales, Technical Support, and customers, ensuring a seamless sales and post-sales experience. This role combines customer-facing sales support with technical product knowledge to assist in quoting, order processing, product selection, and issue resolution. The Sales Coordinator supports the Life Sciences sales team while also providing technical guidance and coordination across internal teams. The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000/ year.ย 

Location: Remote, but preferred to be near Waterford, WI.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales team with quotes, proposals, order support, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) and sales documentation
  • Manage pricing tools, price lists, and product configurations
  • Coordinate order entry, tracking, and delivery timelines with Customer Service
  • Assist with inventory coordination and product availability
  • Prepare reports, sales data, and pipeline updates
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide basic to intermediate technical support and troubleshooting
  • Assist customers in product selection and application for lab water systems
  • Communicate pre-installation requirements and ensure customer readiness
  • Coordinate with service teams for installations, maintenance, and warranty support
  • Maintain product knowledge across lab water systems, consumables, and accessories
  • Assist in managing and updating product documentation, manuals, and training materials
  • Support product launches and distribution channel readiness
  • Assist in developing training materials for internal teams and customers
  • Support onboarding and product training for sales and service teams
  • Help create guides, videos, and troubleshooting resources
  • Ensure timely and effective communication across all stakeholders

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, Science or Technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 - 7+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service or Technical Support role within a technical or industrial environment
  • Experience working with ERP/ CRM systems, supporting customers, coordinating cross-functional teams and communication technical informationย 
  • Self-Starter, Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
