Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity. Hours for this position are: 10:00am-6:30pm (or working until the work is complete) Monday-Friday. Must be flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

What Inventory Management contributes to Cardinal Health Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements. Responsibilities: Removing and logging recalled items Identifying damaged products Putaway of product Tasking Participating in Prime/Reserve cycle counts Conducting investigations for missing stock and transfers Running and completing reports Organizing emails needing cycle counts Maintaining chase area, including cycles Qualifications: Strong written communication skills 1-2 years Inventory experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred Ability to operate all warehouse PIT (Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, etc.) equipment What is expected of you and others at this level: Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods Adheres to all quality guidelines Works under moderate degree of supervision Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
