Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full Time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. This position pays $15 / hour and is located at 4455 Springdale Ave., St. Louis, MO 63134

This position does involve working outdoors throughout the entirety of the shift.
The schedule available is:
  • Sunday: OFF
  • Monday: 7:30am-4:30pm

The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with and support the Remarketing department and is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations for servicing, transport, and/or rental. The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized self-starter, willing to take ownership of all administrative functions related to sales support and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, be detail oriented, have effective PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and have the ability to work independently without immediate supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving of cars from the rental branches
  • Checking units for damages and posting pictures of car condition for sales team
  • Organizing new car stock to be delivered to rental branches
  • Controlling the parking of deletes
  • Working with the driver teams for most efficient movement of cars both on and off site
  • Some minor computer entry to tag vehicles as checked in
  • Organization of the parking lot(s) and inventory
  • Inventory tracking and reconciliation
  • Interaction and coordination with both transport drivers and the driver employees
  • Tracking of outgoing inventory
  • May be asked to clean vehicles
  • Assist with pulling wrappings off of new car stock
  • Must have effective PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete assigned duties

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
