Whatyou will do

  • Ship and receive material daily.

  • Receive purchase orders.

  • Maintain shipping and receiving logs.

  • Create purchase order requisitions and obtain approvals.

  • Support field technicians with parts inquiries, daily.

  • Understanding and execution of procedure and processes for receipts, issues and transfer of all materials.

  • Notify Project Coordinators that job cost project materials have arrived.

  • Transfer of materials accordingly in the ACE inventory system.

  • Coordinate RMA requests, processes and credit return to TSP or vendors for excess, warranty, or repair materials.

  • Maintain hard copy paper flows to validate that transfers are accounted for property within ACE.

  • Maintain and monitor inventory integrity.

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly cycle counts, as required.

  • Ensure all products and services are procured on time.

  • Ship and receive material daily.

What we look for

Required

  • One to three years' experience in Logistics/ Inventory Control.

  • Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 70 lbs. or more.

  • Previous experience in a high volume transactional environment and/or customer-facing role.

  • Skilled in full MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint).

  • Able to master usage of customized IT applications (Oracle).

  • Must be an effective communicator with both internal and external customers, staff, and management.

  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service.

  • Self-starter that can work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.

  • Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.

  • Detailed oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency.

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

  • Be able to obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State, and Local codes.

  • Safely operate a pallet jack and tow motor.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $26.00-37.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
