Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for manufacturing support activities, including inventory control, managing materials expiration, distribution and kitting

  • Performs reception of incoming materials

  • In charge of inventory transfer/movement, ensures sufficient inventory is available

  • Maintains data entry, documents, and records cGMP data as it pertains to material handling and tracking

  • Cleans and sanitizes materials for transfer to Manufacturing area

  • Ensures timely transfer of materials to support production schedule

  • Performs primary labeling of Drug Product in the Manufacturing suite.

  • Performs label and pack operations for finished drug products following cGMPs.

  • Schedules with couriers Cellectis cGMP material shipments to clinics and samples to contract laboratories

  • Executes basic mechanical activities related to maneuvering cryogenic (liquid nitrogen) equipment

  • Liaison between manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, and Quality Assurance Raw Materials

  • Maintains compliance with SOX controls in warehouse activities

  • Assists as needed in the support of manufacturing operations and Supply Chain to assure timelines and objectives are met

  • Complies with OSHA and local safety instructions

  • Other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • HS Diploma or equivalent with 4-6 years relevant experience; Associate 's degree with 2-4 years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience.

  • Advanced inventory control/management and/or prior experience in ERP and inventory management Systems highly desirable.

TECHNICAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to set and manage priorities and schedule activities accordingly.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Self-directed and able to work independently for routine tasks.

  • Accountable for making independent decisions with oversight by Warehouse Manager.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills to work effectively with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Experience with an ERP application a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an onsite position at Cellectis' facility.  Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, . The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office equipment. May occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to use manual (pallet jack) and powered industrial equipment.
