Inventory Data Entry Clerk

Prestige Warehouse & Assembly is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Data Entry Clerk to support our warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records within our proprietary inventory management system. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Previous inventory experience is preferred, and experience using Wasp Inventory or similar inventory management software is a plus. Training will be provided on our custom inventory system.

Responsibilities

  • Enter inventory transactions accurately into the company's proprietary inventory system.
  • Update inventory records as products are received, moved, or shipped.
  • Verify inventory quantities and investigate discrepancies.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain organized electronic inventory records.
  • Generate inventory reports as requested.
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative support for warehouse operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company inventory information.
  • Assist with other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Previous data entry experience preferred.
    • Inventory, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
    • Experience with Wasp Inventory or other inventory software is preferred but not required.
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to learn new software quickly.
