Job Description

This position focuses more on B2B inventory operations and coordination rather than hands-on warehouse/inventory execution alone.

  • Monitor daily inventory levels, product availability, stock movement, and inventory accuracy for B2B operations.
  • Manage inventory allocation based on customer orders, sales priorities, product availability, and business requirements.
  • Track incoming shipments, purchase orders, backorders, reserved inventory, and pending allocations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory adjustments.
  • Work with sales and operations teams to support demand planning, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports, including stock status, aging inventory, slow-moving items, out-of-stock items, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shortages, damages, mis-shipments, and system discrepancies.
  • Support inventory cycle counts, physical inventory, reconciliation, and adjustment processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
  • Communicate inventory status, risks, and availability updates to internal teams and management.
  • Assist in developing inventory control procedures and improving inventory management processes.
  • Support product launch, discontinuation, promotion, and seasonal inventory planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and inventory management procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual Korean/English required.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, purchasing, or order fulfillment.
  • Experience in B2B, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, consumer goods, or import/export business preferred.
  • Strong experience in B2B inventory operations, including inventory allocation management, replenishment coordination, forecasting support, retailer/vendor coordination, and cross-functional inventory operations.
  • Experience supporting inventory planning, product availability management, backorder management, and operational coordination across multiple stakeholders preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review inventory data and identify issues or trends.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records, reporting, and system updates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, WMS, or inventory management software.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, accounting, vendors, and distribution partners.
