Shift: 2:30PM - 1AM - Days Off - Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday

Pay: $18 - $22/hr DOE

Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily activities of cycle counting, claims management and accounts administration within the facility. Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility. Order shipping materials supplies and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility.Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, shipping, and warehouse records

  • Compile and analyze data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and inventory reports

  • Perform daily cycle counts and assist with scheduled physical inventory counts

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, adjustments, and shrinkage issues

  • Identify product locations and verify product IDs, pallet IDs, and authorized substitutes

  • Review shipping orders and verify product accuracy using catalogs, manuals, and inventory references

  • Monitor inventory levels and determine when replenishment is required

  • Review inventory files to identify unused or obsolete products and recommend appropriate action

  • Order and maintain shipping materials, supplies, and equipment to support warehouse operations

Additional Responsibilities
  • Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move products safely within the facility

  • Follow all company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant inventory or warehouse experience required

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -20F (-25C) or up to 100F (37C) in dry storage while wearing required PPE and freezer gear

  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs (may vary depending on facility needs)

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English or the facility's operational language

Pay Range:$16.97 - $28.65
