Job Overview

We are seeking an Inventory Control Process Manager who wants to make a daily contribution and to support growth and expansion of rapidly growing company. Candidate will have experience in implementing structure, enhancing an ERP system, implementation of processes and metrics. Must have high organizational skills as well as leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory.
  • Manages cycle counting process.
  • Manages inventory levels for Min/Max, VMI and exception reporting.
  • Control slotting process.
  • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
  • Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future inventory/Whse needs.
  • Creates reports and maintains critical KPI dashboards
  • Resolves transfer, adjustments, RMA, traceability issues with the Inventory team.
  • Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for all inventory issues.
  • Resolves item attribute issues.
  • Supports audits.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role within a distribution center environment.
  • Key Skills: Strong organization, computer literacy, basic math, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Auditing & Reconciling: Design cycle-counting schedules, perform physical inventory counts, and resolve data discrepancies between software systems and warehouse stock.
  • Process Optimization: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in managing inventory levels and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Data & Systems Management: Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management software (WMS) to analyze stock flow, generate performance reports, and track metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor inventory specialists or warehouse clerks to maintain high accuracy and safety standards.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and data analytics and proactive critical thinking
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Oddo ERP experience a plus.
