Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

Trane Technologies is looking for Inventory Distribution Technicians to join our team on at our Atlanta, GA location.The PIV equipment used includes forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers.

  • Starting pay for this position goes up to $22.50/hour, (based on experience).

**This is a full time, direct hire position with Trane Technologies (not a temp position)**

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operates PIV equipment, (forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers)to load, unload, sort, stack, and stage product
  • Locatesand picksmaterial into/out of warehouse racks and between locations
  • Ensure that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition
  • Work with local and regional freight companies
  • Stock and arrange product to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Enters inventory into software system
  • Ensure accuracy of part number, quantity, and other data field entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, and location. Resolves discrepancies as necessary
  • Ensures that pallets are stable, have appropriate height, and are free of damage
  • Prioritizes the timely delivery or removal of designated materials to meet customer needs
  • Performs training, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED not required
  • Some warehouse and forklift experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift50lbs
  • Must have valid driver's license
