Position Summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory transactions, receiving documentation, and inventory reconciliation processes while supporting efficient warehouse and operational performance. This position serves as a key link between Operations, Receiving, Shipping, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Finance by ensuring inventory records and reporting are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Reconciliation

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through timely processing and reconciliation of inventory transactions.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies to ensure system integrity.
  • Support month-end inventory and financial close activities.

Receiving & Inventory Administration

  • Ensure inventory movements and receiving documentation are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records that support operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Assist with inventory verification and cycle count activities.

Operational Support

  • Support daily warehouse and inventory operations by coordinating inventory-related activities across multiple departments.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to receiving, shipping, and production functions as needed.
  • Serve as backup for key operational processes to ensure business continuity.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and inventory-related data.
