Job description

Responsible for guest experience in the retail outlet: stocking, cleaning all shelves and fixtures/furniture, reporting to Retail leadership if anything negatively impacts the guests' shopping experience. High guest contact (in person or on the phone) and the art of giving superior service, using a pleasant and calm voice with perfect diction, and luxury standards adhered to. Ability to clearly explain body care and skin care ingredients and their benefits to the guests is critical. Follow all procedures for proper cash, credit card and gift card handling. Be personally responsible for cash bank. All communication regarding guest orders must be replied to within 2 business days and in a proper business format. Communicate closely with Retail Leadership regarding any issues with merchandise, the physical plant, inventory needs and daily ship outs. Maintains a clean and orderly work space. Excellent communication skills with internal and external guests is a must. Assists with pre- inventory counting when needed.

To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
Communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and written). Desire to work at luxury resort industry (requires weekends, evenings and holidays). Customer service skills must be at a very high level. Basic email and letter composition skills. Experience with cash handling procedures and inventory control. Ability to stand for 7 hours in the outlet. Organizational skills a must. Grooming - professional appearance and presentation.
Desirable: Experience in a retail boutique setting or experience at a luxury resort.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
