Slow Pour Supply is looking for a Full-Time Warehouse and Inventory Associate to join our team

The Warehouse and Inventory Associate is a vital role at Slow Pour Supply. You will ensure that inventory is received, stored, and organized properly, and that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. Your work directly impacts the customer experience and the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience & Administrative Specialist and the warehouse team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting the growth of our company.


Position Description:
The Warehouse and Inventory Associate works collaboratively with the Supply Chain, Warehouse and Customer Experience teams to receive, organize, and ship products efficiently and accurately. This role helps Slow Pour achieve its mission by ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly, inventory is maintained and accurately recorded, and warehouse operations run smoothly.


Role Responsibilities:


Order Fulfillment and Shipping (50%)

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Package, seal, and label products to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Generate shipping labels and prepare packages using ShipStation for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers.
  • Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments against orders or invoices in Shopify and SAP.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all shipments and drop-ship partners.
  • Update shipment databases and track orders to ensure timely delivery.


Receiving and Inventory Management (30%)

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product types.
  • Organize, label, and store inventory in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Shopify, including stock counts, restocking, and adjustments.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.


Warehouse Support (20%)

  • Monitor shipping and packaging supplies, reporting restocking needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear proper safety equipment when performing warehouse duties.
  • Assist in optimizing warehouse workflows and improving efficiency.


Competencies
