Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate will support warehouse operations by handling inventory processing, order fulfillment, product inspection, and quality system compliance. The role involves operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accuracy in shipments and inventory, and coordinating with QA and inventory control teams.

Experience:

  • Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment preferred.
  • Experience working with inventory systems and warehouse processes preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
  • Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and rolling pushcarts safely.
  • Package, label, and process customer orders.
  • Process receipts, putaways, picks, and replenishment activities using computer systems.
  • Inspect incoming products and verify accuracy against shipping manifests.
  • Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies to inventory control or management.
  • Collaborate with QA teams for product disposition and quality compliance.
  • Follow standard warehouse operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Should Have:

  • Ability to perform basic math and follow written procedures.
