Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Control

① Conduct daily cycle counts and key inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

② Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

③ Monitor inventory movement data to ensure warehouse management system (WMS) records match physical stock levels.

④ Assist in resolving inventory-related issues, such as lost, damaged, expired, or misplaced items.

2. Quality Assurance

① Conduct quality inspections to ensure all items meet company and customer quality standards.

② Oversee the handling of returned and damaged goods, analyze quality issues, and provide improvement recommendations.

③ Ensure proper storage conditions in the warehouse to maintain quality and safety standards.

3. Operations Optimization

① Participate in warehouse process optimization to enhance inventory management efficiency and reduce errors.

② Support ICQA Supervisor in analyzing data and implementing inventory control strategies.

③ Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to generate inventory and quality reports for management review.

4. Safety & Compliance

① Ensure all inventory control procedures comply with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

② Participate in ICQA-related training sessions and knowledge sharing to improve team capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse inventory management or quality control, with a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.

3.Experience in team management with the ability to lead and motivate employees to enhance performance.

4.Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System).

5.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven optimization decisions.

6.Excellent communication skills to coordinate outbound processes across departments.

7.Language Requirement: English proficiency as a working language is required; fluency in the local language and Chinese is preferred.
