Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and team management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with a focus on training development and adherence to food safety standards.
Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily operations of the hotel or bar, including overseeing food and beverage service.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.
  • Assist in budgeting and inventory management to optimize operational costs.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience at another pizza establishment, or 2+ years of experience in a similar role from any other recognized hospitality brand.
  • ServeSafe Certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Experience in training development and team management is essential.
