Description:
STARTING at $18.00 and hour .
This role is responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure products are accurately stocked,
organized, and accounted for. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and a keen eye for accuracy.
Essential Duties / Job Responsibilities:

2. Perform regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
4. Maintain organized and accurate stock records using inventory management systems.
5. Monitor stock levels and alert management of low or excess inventory.
6. Rotate products to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices.
7. Assist in stocking shelves and coolers as needed to ensure product availability.
8. Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy.
9. Ensure backroom and storage areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.
10. Maintain inventory equipment with good charging practices and cleaning.
11. Assist with audits and support loss prevention efforts.
12. Collaborate with team members and management to improve inventory efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory control is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., POS systems, spreadsheets).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow standard procedures.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Must be able to commute to a new store location daily
