Inventory Clerk – Manufacturing

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 10-hour shifts

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are hiring Inventory Clerks to support inventory and production operations in a manufacturing environment. We currently have multiple openings with opportunities to focus on either shipping/receiving and warehouse inventory or inventory and material kitting for electronics/SMT production.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, material handling, kitting, or manufacturing. Candidates with electronics or SMT experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials and verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
  • Pick and kit materials for production work orders
  • Verify kitted materials for accuracy before they are released to production
  • Enter inventory, receiving, shipping, and material adjustments into the computer system
  • Pull, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Assist with shipping/receiving and quality inspection as needed
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory areas
  • Operate pallet jacks and material-handling equipment as needed
  • Support production by ensuring materials are available and properly staged
  • Assist with inventory and component preparation for electronics/SMT production
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels within Epicor
  • Complete required inventory, shipping, and production documentation
  • Follow all company quality and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to pass required background check and drug screen

Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not necessarily required:
