Restaurant Assistant Manager
At Sapp Bros., Inc., our mission is to Bless and Serve othersour guests, our teammates, and our communities. We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Assistant Manager who shares that passion and is ready to help lead a team in delivering outstanding service every day.
What You'll Do:
- Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service
- Support and motivate team members to create a positive and welcoming environment
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including dining room and kitchen flow
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and efficient service during all shifts
- Address guest concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism
- Help train, coach, and develop team members
- Support inventory, ordering, and cost control efforts
- Follow and uphold all company policies, procedures, and cash handling practices
