Job description

Job description:
Build Something That Matters - Not Just Move Boxes
At Del Medical, what you handle isn't just inventory-it's critical medical imaging equipment used to support patient care across the country.
We're looking for a high-performing Inventory Control Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and ownership. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a team that actually depends on your work-this role is for you.
What You'll Own
This is not a passive warehouse role. You will be directly responsible for inventory accuracy and material flow that supports production and field service operations.
Inventory Control
  • Maintain near-perfect inventory accuracy (cycle counts, audits, reconciliation)
  • Track and manage serialized, high-value components
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly and thoroughly
  • Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and system-tracked
  • Manage and process inventory picks and delivery parts to required assembly lines
  • Assist with intake, evaluation and disposition of non-conforming parts and customer returns
  • Assist with Supplier follow ups to process and close return to vendor inventory

Shipping & Receiving
  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments
  • Prepare and ship outbound orders (small parcel & freight)
  • Ensure every shipment is accurate, on-time, and damage-free
  • Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL freight)

Material Handling (Forklift)
  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
  • Support production and service teams with timely material delivery
  • Maintain equipment and follow strict safety protocols

What High Performance Looks Like Here
  • 98-99%+ inventory accuracy
  • Shipments going out on time, every time
  • Problems identified early and solved fast
  • A warehouse that is clean, organized, and audit-ready

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience
  • Forklift certification (required)
  • Experience with ERP or inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail-mistakes are not your standard
  • Ability to work independently and stay accountable
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet

Why Del Medical?
  • Your work directly supports healthcare delivery across the U.S.
  • Tight-knit, team-driven environment-no dead weight
  • Opportunities to grow into senior or cross-functional roles
  • Stable, growing company with real operational impact

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • LTD, STD, Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Paid time off & holidays
  • 401(k) with profit sharing

Who This Role Is Perfect For
  • Someone who hates disorganization and fixes it
  • Someone who doesn't cut corners-ever

Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told
Benefits:
  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance
