HIRING IMMEDIATELY: INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR IN MINOOKA, IL Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team in Minooka, Illinois. This role is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Inventory Control department, maintaining inventory accuracy, troubleshooting discrepancies, and ensuring warehouse operations meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $17/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full-time schedule available Located in Minooka, IL Duties and Responsibilities Support daily Inventory Control operations Operate warehouse equipment, including a cherry picker and forklift, as authorized Create and maintain pick locations for new inventory and re-profile existing locations Run inventory reports, including pick hits, cycle counts, expiration management, and inventory adjustments Process transfer orders (TOs), returns to vendor (RTVs), and product dispositions Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis Research purchase order discrepancies and other inventory-related issues Perform quality assurance checks, including code date verification Maintain inventory integrity through audits and spot checks Assist the Control Center with inventory-related tasks Document employee errors and complete incident reports as needed Support warehouse associates with inventory procedures and best practices Help resolve customer concerns and inventory discrepancies Promote a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Previous inventory control or warehouse experience required Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization Forklift and cherry picker experience preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment Must be flexible to support varying shifts based on business needs Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb stairs, and work in a distribution center environment (Salary range based on experience) Accurate Personnel provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
