Job Summary:ย Job Summary:ย SEACORP is seekingan Inventory Management Analyst to assist in the administration of theGovernment Property Management program. This person will be a member of theContracts Department and will execute a variety of inventory management andphysical audit functions in a company-wide role. ย 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of SEACORP's Property Management System.
  • Learn how to operate the newest eQuip Upgraded Government Framework software and become a software program administrator.
  • Learn, or develop your knowledge of, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) rules regarding Government Property for defense contractors.
  • Work in tandem with Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting, and Technical teams to ensure accurate inventory records are kept and proper custodianship of assets is maintained.
  • Serve as a resource for Logisticians to ensure company-wide inventory procedures are consistently applied across technical program areas.
  • Provide Purchasing and Receiving assistance as needed.
  • Conduct physical inventories.
