Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for tracking Units in Operation (UIO) at Toyota Lift for all branches and providing actionable data for both our CSS and Service operations group to enhance current customer spend as well as identifying potential customers’ Toyota units to increase service market share. Along with being responsible for maintaining validity of inventory in Softbase and updating as required and will assist with inventory audits, reporting, and barcoding.
Essential Functions
  • Responsible for inventory management, CST (Customer Support and Trust)/UIO Analyst
  • Required to update Softbase equipment information utilizing Toyota SAP system, Internet, as well as, requesting information from internal departments and reviewing system for errors and then making necessary corrections
  • Responsible for analyzing and gathering information from CSS group, Service, Parts and Sales departments
  • Analyze and submit reporting for PM System Management.
  • Track PM database compare to CST/UIO and adjust where needed
  • Analyze PM completion rate by frequencies and last PM completions
  • Maintain Softbase equipment file.
  • Maintain CST report.
  • Maintain Toyota UIO System.
  • Communicate and work with the South Texas Inventory Coordinator to provide back up support.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Associates Degree in accounting preferred
• Previous Accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must be self-motivated
• Team oriented
