Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and invent the new technology and ingredients with functional and sensorial benefits for personal care market and Household Industrial & Institution market, for examples, emulsifiers, film formers, rheology modifier, moisturizers, etc.
  • Independently perform research across multiple projects concurrently and effectively based on business and customer needs.
  • Propose and execute in‑vivo and in‑vitro test methods to develop structure‑performance relationship, and to generate data for supporting application and benefiting claims of the new functional ingredients.
  • Collaborate with Product Application Chemists in creating a unique prototypes of trending concepts to demonstrate the benefits of the new functional ingredients.
  • Ph.D. degree in chemistry and other related field, preferably with strong knowledge in colloidal science, green chemistry, or polymer science. Post Doctoral or Industrial experience is a Plus.
  • Track record in innovation, creativity, and independent thinker.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of market and consumer insights, sensory & instrumental protocols for the personal care and beauty market is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate on cross‑functional teams that include Formulation, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Quality Control.
