Key Responsibilities
Administer MacOSX systems using JamF PRO with proficient expertise.
Ensure all computers run on the latest OS patch level for system security and performance.
Ensure all applications are updated to the latest versions across all managed devices.
Create automated deployments for software installations and updates.
Streamline the deployment process for new Apple computers, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
Provide 3rd level support for other support groups on any OSX related issues.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in administering OSX through JamF PRO.
Strong understanding of MacOSX patch management and software updating processes.
Ability to design and implement automated software deployment strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with the IT team.
Nice to Have
Experience in managing and maintaining Apple IOS devices through Microsoft InTune.
Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
