Job description

Antea USA, Inc. (AnteaยฎGroup) is seeking an experienced IT Generalist to support the delivery, security, and continuous improvement of our technology environment.

As an IT Generalist you will be responsible for Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, user support, vendor coordination, and day-to-day IT operations. Working closely with the IT & Security Manager, you'll help ensure technology services remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs while collaborating with managed service providers and internal stakeholders.

This full-time position offers a remote or hybrid work environment, depending on the candidate's location. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Greater St. Paul/Twin Cities, MN area; however, highly qualified candidates residing outside of the preferred geography are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their overall qualifications.

Essential functions may include but are not limited to:
  • Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365, business applications, and collaboration tools.
  • Support administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure.
  • Manage endpoint compliance and device administration through Microsoft Intune.
  • Coordinate with managed service providers and technology vendors to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and support technology projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, standardization, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support technology governance and security best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint management, Windows operating systems, identity management, and Microsoft Intune preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online preferred.
  • Basic PowerShell or automation experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with managed service providers or within a professional services or consulting environment is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Endpoint Administrator Associate or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) are a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
