Position Summary

SPOC Energy is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to help manage and support our Microsoft cloud and on-premises infrastructure. This role will be responsible for administration, configuration, security, and support of our Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows environments while providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across the organization.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, improving systems, and helping users succeed while maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Microsoft Administration

  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune.
  • Administer Microsoft 365.
  • Configure Conditional Access policies.
  • Manage user lifecycle:
    • Onboarding
    • Offboarding
    • Permissions
    • Licensing
  • Manage Azure resources and subscriptions.
  • Maintain identity and access management.
  • Support SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

Endpoint Management

  • Windows administration.
  • Device provisioning.
  • Intune deployment.
  • Patch management.
  • Endpoint security.
  • Group policy and configuration management.
  • Windows Autopilot.
  • Hardware lifecycle management.

User Support

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.

  • 3+ years of Systems Administration experience.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT (Information Systems / Computer Science)
