This position supervises and facilitates all Intramural Sports activities and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

$8.00/hour

Primary Duties

1.Responsible for representing Intramural Sports Department at games, contests and events

2.The supervisor will arrive at the site of competition 20 minutes prior to the start to assure sure that the equipment for each game is issued to one of the game officials/team captain and that the venue is ready

3.Manage the event by making sure events go as planned, and that officials, captains and players follow protocol

4.Report all accidents, injuries and concerns to the Coordinator of Intramural Sports or Director of Student Engagement no matter how small they are perceived to be

5.Report the score/outcome of the contest to the Student Manager

6.Make sure all equipment is accounted for and returned to the Equipment Coordinator

7.Assist the Intramural-Sports Student Manager as requested

8.Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
