Overview: Maintains or establishes sales relationships with existing and prospective customers through industry engagement, product knowledge, and personal approach. Builds, maintains, and grows sales pipeline - driving contract wins for corporate growth. Markets technology and works with operations through routine communications and product inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve target sales growth, account penetration, and profitability within the areas of the assigned region
  • Comply with and support all company sales processes and standards
  • Utilize the CRM system to share information on customers, opportunities, competitive intelligence, and other sales processes as they are implemented
  • Establish, foster, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate new business for the company's products and services
  • Connect with existing and prospective customers via phone calls, texts, in-person visits, and presentations at field offices and corporate headquarters as needed to develop and pursue sales opportunities
  • Navigate the customer organization and present company technology and performance to influence positive buying decisions
  • Identify influencers and decision makers within customer organizations that will impact contract awards
  • Enhance customer relationships, intimacy, and trust through appropriate customer activities and social events
  • Expedite the resolution of customer challenges and concerns
  • Acts as point of contact for all customers within the region
  • Sizes equipment per the customer's needs
  • Participate in the development of corporate sales strategies and execute at the regional level

  • Market company technology using technical, commercial, and solutions-based skills, and experience
  • Uncover and document market intelligence on competitors that can include technology, strategy, pricing trends, and business activity
  • Gather market intelligence in the oil & gas industry and documents as applicable in the CRM system
  • Develop, execute, and review specific regional or multi-basin account plans for current and prospective customers
  • Develop, articulate, and execute the regional sales strategy
  • Present regional sales results, analysis, commentary, and action plans when and as required for corporate business reviews
  • Participate in and contribute to routine meetings on customer updates, operational issues, forecasting needs and logistics
  • Support organizational success with timely communication and coordination with other Sales, Technology, and Operations team members
  • Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities and advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature
  • Lead, support, participate in trade shows and conventions- local, regional, or national
  • Lead or participate in local, regional, or national industry professiona; societies
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and rules
  • Assists field personnel in trouble shooting issues and customer communications
  • Create and maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
