Sales - Territory Sales Manager

Summary:

Responsible for the development and performance of sales activities of the assigned territory.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Definition of the target order intake for the region.
  • Responsible to support the growth strategies within the territory (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits) for both Everllence PrimeServ and Everllence Omnicare-3rd Party equipment solutions; and follow-up on open payments. 
  • Win new customers with a systematic approach developing Everllence Omnicare - 3rd Party Equipment solutions.  Get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions.
  • Registration and acceptance of Everllence products with all customers / end users so that each product gets the best chance in the market.
  • Builds customers relationships from prospecting to closing / foster relationship with agents.
  • Negotiate/approve contracts and service agreements.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and oversee the sales budget.
  • Provide regional coordination between customers/agents and headquarters.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence / competitors activities and project opportunities.
  • Conduct the Quarterly Business Review / Reporting in a structured and professional manner.
  • Perform in a way aimed at achieving the highest possible work efficiency.
  • To comply with the Company Code of Conduct.
  • To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Required Education:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
  • Commercial Background.

Required Experience: 3-5 Years of sales or application engineering experience in the rotating equipment industry.

Desired Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in aftermarket sales of turbomachinery and/or rotating equipment services. North America industrial market preferred.
  • Desired experience in 3rd party turbomachinery and/or rotating equipment for North America oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and fertilizer industry.
  • Desired familiarity and practical knowledge in the application of the standard API 687.

Other skills:

  • Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional market.
  • Understand and gain knowledge about the Balance of Plant equipment, customer base and applicable sales processes.
  • Fluency in English.
  • SAP.
  • Additional languages.

Physical Requirements: The majority of the time of this position requires operating in a typical office environment sitting at a desk and using telephones and personal computers. The ability to show confidence in the field while also willing to receive constructive feedback simultaneously. Interact with all levels of the company and customers.
