Blue Compass RV Austin and Airstream of Austin are looking for experienced RV Technicians to join our growing Service teams!

Both locations are hiring, but all interviews will be held at the Blue Compass RV Austin location.

COMPENSATION: $25.00-$35.00/hourly

The Role: As an RV Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of recreational vehicle systems and components while providing the quality workmanship our customers expect. We are seeking dependable, experienced technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to completing repairs correctly and efficiently.

Job responsibilities may include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, appliance, and mechanical systems
  • Completing interior and exterior repairs
  • Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
  • Troubleshooting concerns and identifying the appropriate repair solutions
  • Documenting completed work accurately and thoroughly
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Working closely with Service Advisors and other team members to complete repairs efficiently
  • Delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer experience

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous professional RV technician or related service experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliance, or mechanical systems
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
  • The ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
  • RV industry certifications are preferred but not required
